I have slowly been getting into Team MLG games lately. Mainly, because as a custom, MLG is usually a good Team Slayer game. Now, the official rules have been posted for the 2006 season, and the plasma pistol has been disowned as an acceptable weapon in favor of more BR battles.

No more BR/PP combo in MLG is a change for the better, as instead of "whos got combo?" being your concern, the new concern is "whos the best with BR?". I hate "the Combo" with a passion, mainly because when someone pick it up, thats all they use to get kills, its cheap, and unless you can get to cover before that green blob hits you, you are screwed. I would like anyone reading this to leave some comments, your thoughts on the new rules, or your thoughts on the BR/PP combo.

My rants about Microsoft...

Well, out of the 50 cool points Microsoft had with me... they lost 20.

The 50 they had gained, came from Vista. Great looking OS. No doubt.

But, like the dumbasses that they are, they went and did something stupid.

Kol, a skinner who works on skins for a program called WindowsBlinds, made a skin called VistaXP. Best. Vista. Skin. Ever. It was... very popular. Yes, I said was. As in, used to be, is not anymore... etc.

Microsoft.... in their oh so infinate wisdom... went and do him to take it down. They lost points for that. Normally they wouldnt have... but since he was the only one who was supposed to take it down they did. 29 other skins on deviantArt alone were left up... all Vista skins... not one of them has been taken down.

Microsoft needs to know that doing stuff like this could hurt their PR, badly.

Kol has asked that no one redistribute the theme, and while I respect that he followed Mircobrains wishes, I cant let people not experience his theme. If I find a way.

Xbox 360 Defects

There have been many reports of brand new Xbox 360s having a slew of different problems. Crashing, freezing, not working at all.... the biggest one I have heard so far is that discs are melting inside the system itself. If you have a 360 and experience any of these problems I encourage you to call 18004myxbox ASAP, they will send you a prepaid box to send you 360 in with to get repaired/replaced.

hey guys,
its been quite a while since well anyone's posted anything, well xbox 360's in 4 days ^_^, gettin one then an cant wait as well on thursday next week i'm buying a PSP and stuff, so ya kool stuff, but yesh i've been playin alot of The Matrix PON(Path Of Neo) its an amazing game to me, probably because i am a huge fan of the matrix but ya, anyways, not much goin on in halo i think the clans gone, but i got to level 28 today ^_^, and 16 in hardcore so s'all good. Anyways thats all i gotta say,

I have just found 4 people that need to die.

Well, after getting my daily podcasts off of iTunes, I came across one site.

Now, I thought it would be some stupid thing. I was wrong.

These guys asked people to donate $400 so they could get an iPod. Then, after buying the thing, they proceded to destroy it, in the store. Needless to say, they got thrown out. Outside, they hit it with a hammer, and tried to piece it back together, like the bunch of idiots they are. I think they are going to go after the PSP, next.

I believe that these people should die... and go to hell. Very quickly.

XBL Upgrade

Well, Xbox Live (XBL) is down for the big 360 upgrade today.
Let the boredom commence!
I cant talk to my friends (most of which are on XBL) and I cant play my games online, this really sucks.
But, its only one day, I can live without. I make jokes about being a junkie, but I really can live without.
Tommorrow I hope to get a hold of Battlefield 2, so my Halo 2 friends will be like "WTF?" but I know I will prbably play my Halo even though I will have a shiny new XBL game.
Thats my post, now go spam microsoft and tell them this upgrade thing better not take longer than advertised, or I may have to hunt these Xbox people down and harass them.

Frozen Chipmonk is back!!!
Last night a good friend reappeared online, as if out of nothingness...
Hes been gone for a month and a half due to Halo 2 disc breakage (by his dad!).
I was so happy to see him alive and well, I have missed his funny noises as he gets killed ingame.
He also knows alot of glitches!
It figures, I do some housecleaning in the clan, and then Frozen comes back!

hey guys,
this is more of an update/random stuff. First off clan went down a level not so good still a bit slow but just wait... As well i would like to shout out to S W A T 999, Don, and RI BRED for the great teamwork in the team slayer games that went on yesterday. Don's now a level 19 in Team Slayer ^_^ and i'm a 25 on this account as well i've only played 64 games and i've won 48 of them ^_^. Anyways as well i would like to give myself somewhat props for the overkills i got this morning as well as Don and the rest of the team for backup support and big props goes to Don for letting me get the rest of the kills he waited to score while i killed people like crazy i went 35 kills and 0 but right when i hit 35 i died the guy i killed stuck me but anyway if i make another montage you guys'll see some good stuff. Newho i think thats about in for me i'll post up the link to stats and links to game viewer pics.

How to get our podcasts.

hey guys,
havent posted in a while wanted to let y'all know i'm still here ^_^. If you dont know we now have a weekly podcast going to be working on the 2nd one tomorrow probably i'm not feeling very well i've been sick for a few days so ya but the podcast will normally be on sundays. Now for those who dont know how to get a podcast you need ITunes. So thats the first thing you wanna get: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/. There's the download page for itunes download and install it. Once you got it and have it running go to the Music Store. Next check on the left side under the Inside The Music Store heading click on Podcasts. Next look once again on the left, scroll down until you find the Categories heading. Underneath that heading click on Audio Blogs. They are listed in Alphabetical Order look for Random Podcastings.

Reason/s I hate "Team Snipers"

1. 8-12 dudes running around with snipers is scary

2. There are people who just spend all day in this game type, just sniping people

3. I always seem to spawn in some assholes line of fire... sniped!

4. my no-scoping has been shitty lately

5. I cant scope much better either

6. I like being a foot soldier, just running around putting bullets into people

7. I also hate BRs (the snipers ugly cousin)

Hey... heres something.

Ok, well, the 3 dummies (Don, Scott and Myself) that run this here blog, are all schemeing something.

What were gonna do is create a podcast... it should be fun and will be available over iTunes, so you can suscribe to it and listen to us whenever you want on your iPod, along with a direct link if you dont want to do the iTunes thing.

Beware though, this thing is still in the works.

Well... a nice surprise from Apple, and Motorola.

Well, today was the day. Apple, in a special invite only event, unveiled 3 things:

The phrase '1000 songs in your pocket changed everything. Here we go again.' sparked many theories as to what Apple would be unveiling, not the least of which, was a new iPod. Not only did we get the smallest iPod yet, but we got the ever elusive iTunes Phone and a new release of the iTunes Music Player.

However, with good news, there must be bad. Apple has also stopped making and selling the iPod mini. It has since been replaced with the newest iPod, the nano, though, you can buy referbished minis, aslong as they have them.

So heres to Apple, for releasing the best looking iPod yet, and to Motorola and Cingular Wireless, for finally getting the iTunes Phone out.

Ah, the weekend....
I was hoping to see my two best friends online this weekend for some fun in Halo 2.
But, alas, they have deserted me. Thus, leaving me to play with strangers and weirdos.
Why have my friends forsaken me?? You'd have to ask them, as I haven't seen them online once since friday night (hell, I haven't seen InboardEcho419 online in about a week!)

Now, for clan news....
I have verified all but 2 or 3 people as meeting the one requirement to be in the clan, those other people have been notified yet again that they must register at http://forums.sgcsim.com and post at least once to be included in the clan and I will be checking again before making my final descision to boot them for non-compliance.
