Twice now in 2 weeks Xbox Live has had crippling outages. At this point I dont think an arcade game is gonna be very cool with anyone... especially if it ends up being Yaris 2:Revenge of the Gas Spiders.
This isnt working Microsoft, you should have known that the holiday season would be a time of huge growth for the service and yet you didnt prepare.

Speaking as a guy who used to work for an ISP who had to deal with customers calling in complaining wanting money back because they wanted money back, it's not worth it. Your total credit back will be between 10 cents and 2 bucks if the total your full downtime versus the service downtime.
